Item descriptionBased in Dallas, Texas, Interiors by Jacquin is a luxury home decor brand, decorating business and design and lifestyle blog with a unique global focus. Interiors by Jacquin has been honored as a Top 5 Interior Design Blog of 2018 by the international Amara Interior Blog Awards in addition to other national and international honors. Jacquin’s design style blends warm colors with a fine art aesthetic, perfect for the contemporary design lover. This internship not only enhanced my designed skills, but enhanced my communication skills as well. I assisted with editorial layouts, web design, digital art, social media, art-based graphic assignments, and marketing assignments for the company.

The lookbook was my responsibility to convey Jacquin’s latest collection of fine artwork within an editorial layout. It was important for me to focus on the visuals, keep the layout clean, keep text and other distractions out of the way, and always keep the products center stage. The business cards display the contemporary and abstract elements from Jacquin’s interior design website header.
